Pangea Real Estate is a private real estate investment trust (REIT) founded in 2009. The founding entrepreneurs saw an opportunity in the rental market to create a business that would provide superior service and quality to its residents. In order to achieve these aims, Pangea has taken a novel approach to real estate, serving as the property owner and manager while utilizing a call center to support their high bar for service and scalability. Today, we own and operate in Baltimore, MD.

In Pangea’s early days, we recognized the needs in the communities that we serve in
Chicago, Indianapolis, and Baltimore. So we launched Pangea Cares, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
We are committed to healing our communities from the inside out. We at Pangea want to do more than just build and renovate apartments—we want to help build and renovate the neighborhoods around them as well.
With the Pangea Cares initiative, the Pangea Family can work to make a meaningful social
impact by tackling three pillars of community service: Food & Nutrition, Education Enrichment,
and Community Development.
